The cpdf toolkit's array of features ir quite impressive and allows to manipulate PDF in any way imaginable. Though, some of features I actually did not imagine to be found there :-)
cpdf is very helpful for my work and the utility of and the ease with which it processes documents en masse from a terminal / script now made this tool the first one that I turn to modify PDFs.

People interested in this program might also ben interested in the free of charge and open source PDFTK, which I have been using for over 3 years.
